Hi all,

I popped over here from London via an over-nite stopover in Budapest (2hrs to Budapest, 5hrs to Astana) and it was actually Very Nice. The infrastructure was a bit dodgy with fixtures in the hotels I stayed in falling off the wall or the 3 curtain sized window that only had 2 curtains hung over it, so to sum it up it was a bit rough around the edges, like Bali, trying to be 5 star on a 2 star budget. The reason I went was to see a Cirque Du Soleil show at the Expo they were hosting. The show was good and the expo museum was fun, showing pics of Brisbane's Expo. All in all not a bad experience but definitely not much to go back and see anytime soon,
