Parc Asterix

Hi all
On a bit more of a lighter note, I spent the day out at Parc Asterix. It is based on the French comic series Asterix and Obelix, which I read as a kid, so I got a great kick out of this theme park. Yes it was more themed towards younger kids, but it still had a few good rides, I was mostly blown away by the extent of the theming they had, it was almost on par with one of the Disney Parks. My only complaint was that they didn't have any water fountains for drinking, so I had to buy bottled water, but apart from that and a brief rain shower through the day, it was a fun day out,
