Hi all,

Just another quick two nite, one day stop over in the capitol. I have done a day trip from New York the last time I was in the states so I didn't go to any of the major sites this time around. I was basically their to go to Six Flags America, some of the rides are pictured and I had a blast, though the cat women ride wasn't all it cracked up to be and the only good picture I took of the main street was when my eyes were closed unfortunately and some bloke was walking into my shot. The one monument I did see from the bus ride into town was the Washington Monument but the Union station bus terminal was an artwork/monument in and of itself. It was totally different this visit as it was snowing when I first visited here in February 2014. Lastly I felt a bit under dressed at the metro station getting around DC.
